Each week, we'll be discussing nutrition topics to help you understand its importance. The Weight Loss Challenge runs for a minimum of 6 weeks, we recommend that each Challenge runs for 12 weeks, and your attendance at the weekly meetings is key to learning important facts about proper nutrition and weight management.
